Central Park

 

I just love Central Park. I'm not going to wax on about it here - others have done it far better justice lyrically than I will now.

 

But I love the way the bedrock just sticks out of the ground. I love the way they describe it as the lungs of the city. I love the tranquillity in a city renowned for its 24 hour madness.

 

Its reputedly based on the gardens in Birkenhead - but its huge. Its humungously huge!! Brilliant place. I could spend an entire holiday just in this park..watching the world go by!!
