Sawley Abbey

 

When we had the caravan at Three Rivers - this was a place we visited frequently. This particular visit was a time-filler whilst waiting to collect Ben from his Duke of Edinburgh experience.

 

The Cistercian monks had this one until the standard Henry VIII monastery treatment.
